If you're in the mood for a sweet treat to eat, you're in luck. February 15 is National Gumdrop Day. Spicy or sweet and colorful to eat, gum drops are delicious bite-sized treats made with gelatin or pectin and coated in sugar. Although its origins are unknown, the annual “holiday” is celebrated one day after Valentine’s Day.

This National Gumdrop Day, why not whip up a gumdrop recipe in honor of this annual event?
