National Fried Chicken Day: Finger-lickin' good!

It’s that time of year again. Finger-lickin’ time, that is. July 6 is National Fried Chicken Day in the U.S.A! Crispy and crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, fried chicken has been a favorite food for Americans for decades.

While the origins of this annual food holiday are unknown, why not whip up one or two fried chicken recipes in honor of the occasion? Mmm, mmm good!
