Happy National Champagne Day: Cheers!

Get ready to raise your glass - December 31st is National Champagne Day. While the origins of this national "holiday" are unknown, nothing quite says Happy New Year like a sip or two of delicious champagne, a sparkling wine produced in the Champagne region of France. Although National Champagne Day is also celebrated in October and/or in August, December 31st is the perfect day for a bit of bubbly.
