National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day

Hold onto your footies, folks. It's National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day! This annual occasion takes “Casual Day” to a whole new level! Depending on the calendar, this annual event takes place annually on April 16 or the day after Income Tax Day.

Instead of rushing around trying to find that perfect outfit bright and early at the crack of dawn, how would you like to wear something a bit more comfortable into work today? Just imagine being able to sleep in a little longer and get a bit more shut-eye than usual?

Whether you are the comfy flannel type or prefer a frillier silky nightgown version, today’s the day to skip the suit, skirt and stilettos and don your favorite PJs! From super-heroes, vile villains or comical characters to pretty princesses or adorable puppies, the sky is the limit when it comes to sleepwear.

Here’s your chance to just roll on out of bed and go. Skip the make-up and don’t do up that doo! Be sure to encourage your co-workers to join in and have a pajama party at the office. Just one thing - you may want to check with your boss before you head into work wearing your favorite bunny slippers, pajamas and/or bathrobe. And don’t forget to leave your favorite stuffed animal at home!
